Online Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga combines softly flowing movement sequences connected to the breath, along with longer resting in some postures, gentle mindfulness and meditation. Gentle flow yoga will lift the spirit and enhance your sense of well-being.
Our online classes take place weekly:

Our class sizes are small, with up to 7 people ensuring a friendly group and enabling us to tailor the session to your individual needs.
Prices
£35 for a block of 5 classes valid for 6 weeks
£11 per class drop-in
Private in-person and online Yoga classes available for all levels!
