As Director and Massage Trainer at KnotStressed Therapies, I bring over two decades of experience and a deep commitment to therapeutic excellence.

My treatments draw on a wide range of advanced techniques to support the body’s natural healing processes, underpinned by my training in Advanced Remedial Massage. These include deep tissue and therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, hands-free massage, assisted stretching, and muscle energy techniques — all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

I have a particular passion for supporting people through key life transitions, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and times of illness. I specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, as well as Oncology Massage for people living with cancer and their families. Whether you're seeking recovery, relaxation, or long-term wellbeing, my approach is grounded, compassionate and results-focused.

Beyond my professional work, I am dedicated to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. I particularly enjoy running, long-distance swimming, weightlifting, and outdoor pursuits such as cycling and open-water swimming. Regular massage treatments play a vital role in my own injury prevention and performance enhancement, allowing me to fully embrace these activities.

Outside of my work, I am an avid potter, crafting functional yet aesthetically pleasing porcelain tableware in my pottery studio—a creative outlet that brings me great joy.
